The AAdvantage Foundation is one of the four main sub-divisions of the its parent company AAdvantage Inc. Its role is one of shared service and support. The AAdvantage Foundation works to raise much needed funds and community awareness for its sister companies; The Arc of Washington County, Arc Human Services and Residential Recovery Services. Together these affiliated non-profit agencies support more than 500 individuals with intellectual, developmental and mental health disabilities in the Washington County area alone. From residential group homes and supportive housing, to children’s, vocational and advocacy support, together our divisions offer services that cover a broad spectrum of need.
For more than 55 years, our companies have been a valuable resource for individuals with disabilities and their families. It is our goal to continue to serve you for the next 55 years as well. In order to better meet your needs and keep pace with the ever changing service system, AAdvantage Inc. will strive to develop and refine the programs available through its affiliates, and the AAdvantage Foundation will work to raise the funds that make this work possible. For example, in the past several years donations to the foundation have helped us ensure that more children were able to attend camp, participate in community social activities and experience everyday joys that most of us take for granted. People just like you stepped forward and made a difference, now you can too!
