Arc Human Services

AAdvantage Inc., formerly The Arc Washington County, Inc. was established in our community in 1952 by a group of parents of children with mental retardation to enhance the community involvement of these individuals through training, residential, and employment lifestyles. AAdvantage, Inc., which is our parent company, is a private non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to become as independent as possible. AAdvantage has four subsidiaries which provide a variety of different services. Arc Human Services is responsible for Children’s Services, Residential, OBRA,  Arc Works, and Job Development / Job Coaching Services.
